Return

You have the right to return your products within 14 days of receipt.

Shipping costs for returns are for the buyer.

Within 3 days of receipt, the buyer will receive a refund – provided the products are in good condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Discounted items cannot be returned.

Make sure you have a tracking number with your shipment. If you return your package to us without a tracking number, this is your own responsibility.

Please include a small note in the box with your name and order number. Could you please let us know about your return? Sometimes these items are sent to a parcel point, so we know we need to pick them up. Thanks in advance!
