Return

You have the right to return your products 14 days after receipt.

Shipping costs for returns are for the buyer.

The buyer will receive a refund within 3 days of receipt - provided the products are in good condition, unused and in the original packaging.

Discounted items may not be returned.

If you prefer to return your package via another parcel service, no problem. Make sure you have a tracking number with the shipment. Are you returning your package to us without a tracking number? Then this is on your own responsibility.
